quit my job as tech lead in capgemni today based on my family doctors suggestion the pay not worth the negative impact on health . Better to persue more predictable jobs even if pay if little less more time to take of health and plan my investment.

It all sounds like paradise compared to DXC. Where management don't care, you don't get a pay rise ever. Colleagues don't care, they won't help you. Where everyone is looking for a way out. If anything needs doing, it's easily lost in the paperwork process. Which is paperwork. There is no system for it. But who would you recommend going to to continue a career? I'm happy to pivot away from pure tech to something new if it comes to it.

Same thing happened to me in 2023. It’s almost 2 years later and my health is just getting back right.

Due to the stress from a project, where I was only getting like 2-5 hours of sleep. I triggered my PCOS.
