Definitely more layoffs, especially with their top tier tallent. Lost proposals and lost follow on work while CK and his board artificially inflate the stock price and get their bonuses.
Maybe they’ll clean the bathrooms. Kinda funky, and the floors don’t get mopped either. Lot of roaches in the PNOCC. If you turn the light on at night they scatter from eating crumbs and spilled spaghetti with Italian meatballs. Coffee machines need new parts. I need to finish my linguine with clam sauce and get some ice for my diet Sams club coke.
Easy.
Step 1: Leave for another company, then orchestrate a merger.
Step 2: Stay in the background until the timing is right.
Step 3: Return as CEO. Fund a spree of acquisitions entirely on debt.
Step 4: Slash engineering investment, let morale erode, and wait.
Step 5: When growth inevitably stalls, hand out low raises and lay off staff.
All the while, maintain your image as a “trusted disruptor.”

It's quite disappointing. The team members are wonderful to work with, but the management leaves much to be desired.
