I counted 9 more screens that we go through that serve no purpose, and since everything is web based and our ipads run on very fast internet - it takes about 6 minutes longer to work with customers now. Efficiency at it's finest.

Sales Force is a joke. It re-directs, then re-directs, the screen is jumping, redundancy at its finest, the tablet heats up just mentioning it. Customers see what your doing and they are like, so what are we doing - oh ya, we are waiting on sales force to wait for opus to redirect us. We are a joke. And the whole salesforce cold call / existing customers is worse. Who actually answers their phone these days ? We all know its telemarketers and yet we promote an at&t product to stop calls from places that use sales force ! We look like bufoons !
