And every time they rotate them all the individual contributors in the org get stuck with training them….so instead of training ourselves we get to do powerpoints on training all the VPs and SVPs that rotate around and collect options and big pay days while everyone else remains in the same spot

Another one is the SVPs, they keep rotating them (from position to position), they never achieve anything, they move them to achieve nothing again, they move them again to do more of nothing.... sometimes for decades.
Or they become CEOs....
