Understand you are new to the team but calm tf down.
There are so many of these "yes-man" and "yes-women" types who barely make any progress on their tasks, yet want to stick their nose into other people's business just so their managers can see "how hard they work".
And such individuals are rewarded? Give me a break...
This place indeed rewards bootlickers than actual performers
