Since the Performance Reviews are being closed as we speak, by when can someone expect to know if they are getting a Salary Hike or Promotion or an update to their role?

@cg I've gotten a raise every year. Sounds like a you problem.
Rsu and merit are end of September or early October, effective November 1. There's an actual answer. This site is full of clowns.
