@pw since JW left no one talks about margin performance! Vimal’s single dimension growth message to entire Honeywell was a big mistake and running a $40B business requires top and bottom line performance. I bet we will see a margin accelerator developed next week.
Vimal surrounded by McKinsey people who do not understand the business dynamics and go by the consultant’s book. His top guy destroyed PSS and HCE. He has given a bigger target now and on a mission to sc--w up the entire Honeywell.

SVP ISC promotion tells the story on how deep cost cutting issue is. Someone with only Honeywell experience and not enough experience based on IGS and IA sc--w ups got the top seat:) if they get rid of all corporate functions rather than promoting mediocrity, we will perform better.
a late 401k match will make hiring soo much easier.
fewer resume and no need to read because they will all be from the bottom of class anyway.
come work for honeywell...we cant do match per paycheck because it costs extra to print those stock..and now we dont know at all when it will pay becausexwell frankly we dont have the cash and you dont matter.
