@1w0, stop crying racism and conspiracy theory. Look at the facts:

  • Fact: Fid Tech teams are 70% on average and 100% on many teams/orgs of one identity.
  • Fact: H1-B are systematically abused by people of this identity: https://www.ice.gov/news/releases/indian-corporation-pays-record-34-million-fine-settle-allegations-systemic-visa-fraud
  • Racism: People of this particular racial identity only hire their own people, racism against all other people.

That's why I avoid foreign trained professionals such as medical doctors and I can do just that. But, working in IT, it's impossible to do it in work unless I'm willing to work in Buffalo NY.

@1ad Credentials from the largest democracy in the world are often times compromised.

The medical degree credential mill is going to blow everyone's minds when it becomes common knowledge.

I suggest everyone look at that.

@165, what are you talking about? I have never met an American without an college degree (I work in tech), yet when I'm curious enough to look up folks from the biggest democracy on linkedin, I see "blah-blah-never-heard-of University", which in US standards must be a programming boot-camp, otherwise how do you explain her broken English?

We could start by getting rid of the Americans that don’t have a high school degree that also came from McDonald’s, during the pandemic. That would help with the overall company culture.

I’m so sick of hearing about how “having a college degree doesn’t make you that smart” for zero reason.

As an American fella, I am deeply offended being called "beef-fed."
There is no room on this board for this type of hate.
Please repent.

Why hire troublesome beef-fed American fellas when I can get some vegetable boys for half the price and three times the a-s kissing?

My tech illiterate customers won't notice how much of their data is at risk.

OP's sentiment is understandable but the "Fire all" suggestion is not practical. I'd say do at least something with those teams and orgs that's 100% from the world's largest democracy, it's simply too wrong in every way!

  • Trim existing members in those team with whatever means. For example stacked ranking with 10% quota to cut every year.
  • Refill vacated positions with American talents.
  • Held managers of those team accountable for unsatisfactory diversity metric
