You’ve got managers running everything through fear, gossip, and manipulation, then pretending it’s all sunshine when somebody from the C-Suite shows up. Turnover’s been nonstop for years, but instead of fixing anything, they just keep promoting the worst ones. EM is a joke.

100% correct!!! These groups are illegal and discriminatory by their existence. They need to be abolished. If that isn't done, people need to force the issue and join any and all they do not fit the discriminatory definition of to join!! Our poor kids.
Spot on. The pure hypocrisy by these folks, especially the affinity group one’s (WIN, BEST, GOAL, etc) is insane. Watching them bray about favoritism for other groups, then go practice their own righteous discrimination for the group that fits their specific characteristics is nauseating. What’s most fascinating is the lack of forward thinking about what happens to their kids in a system that they are working hard to build if merit is not the determining factor. Like, do the “WIN” women who have children of each gender ever go home and tell their sons how hard they were trying at work to build a culture that discriminated against their sons in favor of their sisters on the basis of their gender?
It's been this way for years and is getting worse. I don't know how exxon continues. It must be because of the large financial reserves. Exxon continues to make bad decisions and lose money on projects. Look at the algea fiasco. The c5 projects are riddled with problems. C5 catalyst and proxima resin are trash. Sabic had lots of money and lost a bunch with the GE purchase. Sabic is now consolidating and closing sites. It can only go on for a time and eventually the money runs out.
lol look at Polaris that's one big cesspo()l there! All of the mgrs, yes including that hotshotter dum-dum and old haq from EMIT who dont know what they're doing and likely got bribed by Deloitte, and many more said this is their last project. They're basically hotsh!tting more po() into the mess and running everything into the ground before they go. Yeah imagine how irresponsible they are turning the place into Aleppo and then leaving without having to bear any ounces of hardship people will face from their legacy. Geniuses!
I wouldn't be surprised when they show up two to three years after as Deloitte directors trying to modernize xom again.
