Why not provide some flexibility at Ford? A 4 day 10 hour work week ilo 5 days at 8 hours per day? This way people can take of their personal stuff during the extra weekday off.

Back in early 2000’s the Lincoln group let us do this. I would work 5 ten hour days. It was a “Pilate program.” It was wonderful and then they stopped allowing it because the Chief, Abe V., didn’t like it. He was a DEI candidate.

Management is happy with 10 hour days, minimum five days per week, however.
