I barely read the article and it looked like the numbers were faked. I don't care enough to bother anymore. I just give low scores so they at least see it even if they lie to us about the results.
It seems Fidelity has no pulse…moreover its lost its heart, sole and culture. Abby was he-l bent on getting rid of the “boys club” well reap what you sow!
I don't bother wasting my time filling out bs surveys anymore. They used to allow people to comment on the pulse results page, but they removed the ability to add comments after doubling the "connect week" schedule. That's the real pulse.
They should be fired, these numbers are faked- let us appoint our own Pulse survey

I’ll give the company the benefit of the doubt for a while since they did NOT mandate the injection. That was huge for me and a lot of others from what I hear.

did they even release them? i'm giving all low scores all the time now anyways and nothing changes so who even cares. They will end up saying we know you love the people and working in person despite everyone saying the exact opposite.
