It is evident that the mods are really policing this site for a lot more than just the items that violate the T&Cs. They have been deleting entire posts and even the responses within a posts, and there does not seem to be any consistency regarding what they decide should be deleted.

- Keep it work-related, and you’re good
- Don’t name people (senior execs are fair game since they’re public)
- No trash talk, bullying, or being a je-k
- Skip the politics, religion, and other off-topic rants.
Why racist? I have no idea of the demographics of the posters. I just know they are low IQ.
And do you reply with the same message for all the truly racists crud that surfaces on this site? I don’t think so.
