You want flexibility or freedom outside of your job? Get a job somewhere else. You want loyalty, a sense of belonging, and “familial” culture? GET OUT, you are entirely replaceable and not special at all! You are a number designated to a job function and that is all! What a horrid, dehumanizing memo. People used to have pride working here and feel a sense of community. What a bummer.
