This is a real life "the beatings will continue until morale improves" email. Unbelievable!
Well just assume the remainder that didn’t take the survey did so in protest. 21% didn’t agree with the direction, plus the 27% that boycotted it = 48% disagreed with the direction. Pretty sure the wisdom is in the collective here.
In other words, "your comments about culture make it difficult for me to spin in a positive message and make me seem like a genius.".
Especially when he was only working with data from less than 3/4 of the employee base.
