Yes, many of us were indeed "entitled" employees. To see "self-directed" used to derogate workers and to replace pursuit of goals from any desktop anywhere—the company's actual mission for customers—with whatever "aggregated data" means does entitle me to feel fortunate I got out when I did.
Of course the stock price is returning value finally as the vestiges of the media company fever dream that the current CEO fully played into are shed. But don't expect much more than that from this visionless caretaker who needs to count chairs and not real results.
