Consumer Cellular Unlimited for 55+ $60/month and it rides on the AT&T network so you don't need a new phone. $5 discount for AARP members. No access fees. With all fees and taxes about $70. Hopefully AT&T doesn't acquire them and sc--w this up.
And you can go to TMO or any of the MVNOs (Visible, Consumer Cellular, etc) and handily beat the employee discount as a regular customer.
As long as you need no more than two lines. With the EMO plan you can have two accounts with up to 5 line each and get the 30% retirement discount on each line.
