Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

He really thought he did something with this part of the email

“I recall at every turn there were parts of the organization advocating to maintain the status quo, and I suspect hindsight would tell us we are happy we chose change — as messy as the journey might have been.”

I would say nearly everyone would STRONGLY disagree with you here stink. You absolutely fu---d us on TMO/DTV/Warner deals. You eviscerated hundreds of billions of dollars. I don’t think anyone is happy YOU chose that change and now we’re all suffering for your blunder.

Is he really that out of touch with reality? This guy’s gotta go.

I’m definitely happy I chose not to move and found a much better job that values employees.

"An employee's data must significantly differ from their peers — to a level
harming team cohesion, compensation, and inconsistent with our Win
as One philosophy — before an individual's name is linked to any
behavior"

But they value our "honest and open feedback". They are so proud of the ranking from LinkedIn. You know the place where you can NEVER be open or honest about your current or former employer. He's such a buffoon.

This is the part of the letter where I see he'll be looking for the RTO naysayers.

"In addition to information garnered from performance reviews, peer
feedback, assessments work history, and certifications (to name a few),
we analyze patterns of behaviors from broad cohorts (aggregated
data). This allows leaders to identify behaviors that are obvious
outliers, supplemented with the broadest set of information
available, to determine if the behavior being evaluated is
consistent with our stated priorities and employment
expectations."

The bald clown John Stankey is sitting in his mansion probably eating Corn flakes and taking a dump on the toilet at the same time. He probably smells like pi$$ that he dribbled on himself during the night, soiling his tighty whities. John, if you ever visit Atlanta again, let’s me and you and your chicken legg loser go out for a beer so I can say to your face what your mothers never would. Half men bald and dorky cowards.

Connectivity is a commodity. Stankey is leading a race to the bottom. What a coward for not making real cuts already
