Why do you constantly and repeatedly ask the rank and file to make scarifies for your failures. Your failures are well documented.

The only reason AT&T continues as a profitable company is as someone else said is "inertia". John, we need you to take a knee, bow out out and enjoy your retirement in North Dallas.
Just because you dug the debt hole (128 Billion) doesn't mean we need you around anymore.

As much I dislike the Stank, he has a much stronger personality than McElfresh. McElfresh and DesRoches have these beta boy, meek personalities that never exude confidence when you interact with them. I don't think either will be successful at the next level, or tagged to take over AT&T.
I'd also really like to see John leave, but if his replacement is McElfresh, things will only get worse.
