I think we’ve set ourselves up to fail by treating hiring like a short-term cost. Always choosing the cheapest candidate or outsourcing to save a buck ends up costing more in rework and burnout. Not to mention, lowballing usually ends up costing us good people. No wonder the quality is consistently going down.

What on God's green earth does Verizon have to offer a better class of prospective employees? Innovative leadership, like a tired and cliche RTO mandate, is certain to have the superstars lined up around the block!
Fight the man and join the 99% by calling out sick or using PTO on 9/9 to protest RTO!
Only reason they ever “hired” is because it was in the contract!!! It was never there intention to backfill missing talent it’s been 25yrs and we are now seeing new workers what a joke with tech growing faster than we can blink those new hires won’t even make it past 10years A.I. and 5G( if it ever works) will soon phase them out
