NO its only Walmart. They are cutting full-time hours. Owasso, Oklahoma 0168, only 35-37 hours a week. Make it make sense? Bigger bonus for the Store Managers and Coaches and Team Leads.
It all depends on your Club Manger. And how much he covets his bonus vs the good of the associates. Pre covid my GM cut full timers to 32-34 hours all through the holidays. And only went back to 40 after covid.. currently we have zero OT and part timers only work 18 hours or so
It's usually done by individual club or market. Depends on how well they've managed payroll. If they're way over the payroll budget they'll cut hours.
