@d2 sigh, did companies like Amazon or Tesla started off with large amount of customers? of course not. What he is saying resonates with a lot of people, his channel will grow.
Ethan Chazin will not be getting a gig a AT&T., haha. It is certainly a good summary of how all of us feel. It is a great video, one could say created on behalf of all the employees in a great format that is easily available to more eyes than all the comment on this site.

Why is he an expert? Have you seen his resume? What companies has he successfully run? With all those views in Youtube he’ll make 60 cents off that video. Thats certainly not “expert” pay. Lol. In the introduction he sounds like a burned out mid manager who dropped out of corporate America.
