At least in the East it looks like a largely reduced build plan next year vs 2025 for many programs. Anyone have any insight as to why? What are the implications for employees? What about for the Mobility technology?

Mobility is built out and upgraded more than the fiber network so they are planning accordingly.
Build plan for 2026 and 2027 will be miniminal.
Because fiber is the darling now, so that is where the capital is being spent. Mobility will only be getting scraps until at least 2029.
