I've been with Wells 30 years, CPG for 26 of it. Effective 11/1, I will be "rebadged"" to CBRE. They're honoring our pay and tenure. The rest is yet TBD.

@e6 might actually improve. All property management is getting outsourced to real property companies like JLL, CBRE and Cushman. They are much better organized and experienced maintaining properties. Same goes for construction, they'll have more resources, etc.

Yep. On the other hand, blowing off contractors is pretty easy, so that might actually be helpful. CPG has been a festering tu-d forever. They are one of the few groups that actually deserves to be downsized.

In our market CPG was let go years ago. Everything was contracted out when we called in work orders vendors would come do the work. The corporate properties manager over saw 4 states and was just waiting to be let go.

@av+1 if you don’t know what CPG is then you don’t work at wells or you are one of the d-mb ones we need to lay off.

Don’t forget the 130 or so being transitioned to vendors.
