Treat the employees with respect and pay them better and you may have a chance for the the stock to come back. Othewise it's going to continue to circle the drain.

It's too late now. They've made their bed and now have to lie in it.
stock wont move anywhere until leadership is successful. the leaders at OT are so out of touch with the market and technology business - OT should just be a holding company, hedge fund, or whatever the tech version of a REIT is.
Being with OT since last 20 years… allmost all knows in August stocks goes down.. and there will be a small reorg before schools start and during long weekend.
It will go little up in Sept and will dive down towards next qtr updates.
but this time story will be bit different.. economy is going down with Trumps blessing .. so like always MB will blame economy and shrink headcount to save his bonus.
