Was told by a friend in HR they are very unhappy with the Fortune 500 rating dropping so much and the earnings so they will be cutting cost.

They resort to rifs even when it's raining. God I hope CEOs AI will come soon to get rid of all this garbage at the top outsourcing jobs to useless consultants only because they play golf togheter

IT had RIFs a few months ago and 9 figure contract to SAP
MT’s org had quiet RIFs…one of her directs is gone among others in lower ranks

Then why the increased spending on golf sponsorship?
HR should look to their own HR Shared Services who closes cases without actually performing any work or resolving them. In favor of AI HR Assist instead.
