They will start back filling some roles in the CSD with people from Orlando, Miami, Richardson, Atlanta, Tulsa, or Mesa. The AVP Celeste and her lapdog Montreal Collier decided this would be their action plan to improve survey results.

Eliminate those who have been loyal for 20 plus years and replace with new people.

In addition this is impacting the non management as as well. They will have to try to move into another line of business or accept the severance. The non management will be phased out in various waves

The entire CSD is on borrowed time. All managers must either take the surplus or move to 1 of 6 locations.

The 1b will be forced to become 1a and be paid at a much lower rate.
