Perfect example of the BS — while exec leadership keeps hitting ‘like’ on feel-good fluff about ‘digital wellness,’ the real issues like job cuts, workload, and shrinking teams get ignored. Nice optics, zero substance.

Musk has phones coming out soon, too. And you amateurs are fighting about whether you should be in the office or blah, blah, blah.
If you can't figure out a way to compete with this effectively, and the leadership doesn't find a way to stop the cable companies and bit players from selling the same thing we sell for less, then no one will ever have to come back into the office.
If you’re wondering why leadership keeps pumping this fluff, it’s because it’s safer than talking about the reality — shrinking headcount, heavier workloads, and a company direction nobody on the ground actually understands. Stop taking LinkedIn posts at face value. Ask the hard questions.
