@a6 And yet you keep posting "and yet you stay" over and over in threads. You need to get a life. Need some help understanding why people stay? Most would rather be surplused to get some sort of severance. Who is going to quit without another gig? Maybe you? The job market is awful. Check out Linkedin and people posting about looking for jobs, fake job postings, ghosting, etc. Most want out and are trying.

Having difficulty dealing with harsh reality.
I've stayed because I'm close to retirement age, have a lot of vacation time, and keep adding to my pension. If I leave, I want a package deal with my retirement.
