Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Manon Out!!

Finally they kicked out Manon! Makes me wonder what would it take for the board to say that Hans needs to take responsibility for the s***show?

She was a scapegoat, every issue we have has been created by Hans and his cronies, he had veto power over what she was doing, if it was so bad and he disagreed with it, he could have stopped it. He's just trying to cover his skinny jean covered a-s.

Can we get John Legere as CEO? He’s looking for his next gig. Rather than him pitching to Elon to run Twitter he could come save this ship.

Board should fire Hans for waiting too long to call the fire dept when the house was burning down. After 2nd Q she should have been gone and after 3rd Q/Black Fri disaster, Hans should be out of the plane with a rock not a golden parachute!

The STI targets are so screwed. We’ll be lucky to hit 70% in VCG. Although 100% of peanuts is still peanuts.

Eliminate all the cr-p and give me a good price on a plan.....I don't need to talk or text to Canada or Mexico, I don't need enterprise customer speeds on my d**n cell phone. I could give two craps about getting Disney +, Hulu or ESPN. Stop with the smoke and mirrors on plans, stop with raising of fees, stop shuffling the deck on plans, put out good plans, stop wrecking the flipping network and by all means stop letting the vendors, who we pay billions, tell us how run our network.

Hopefully Krista is next. She ruined retail and is on her way to ruining CS.

Maybe hire someone in leadership that understood the US marketplace, just a thought.

She was fired she didn't quit. CEOs don't quit in their million dollar comp packages. And when they do really resign there is way more notice and a replacement in line with succession planning. Black Friday was a flop so she was canned. They just say stepped down as a way to save them embarrassment. Just another way the big wigs get treated better than the rank and file.

No sensible person would leave a gig like that. Why would she leave the place without the golden parachute before completing the first year. This was Hans making a play that only he can fix it and buying more time.

Seriously, blame everybody but the guy at the top? Who knows maybe she saw what a $hit show this was and bolted.

The only good news is that Hans is now directly responsible for any poor results. Kind of makes you want to tank for a quarter, huh?

This is just the start of passing the blame. It would end up in more layoffs of the people who actually do the work. So much for jumping from one clueless executive to another.

She didn't last long. Not sure the Swedish Chef knows much more. If only we had talent from within that knew something.
