Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

closer consistency between the top quality network product we're bringing to market and the operational results we're producing?

Mr. Vestburg on Monday said his immediate focus for the consumer group will be on "driving a closer consistency between the top quality network product we're bringing to market and the operational results we're producing."

Wait til he finds out...

Translation: Sell a service that works and make customers happy. NOT going to happen with this leadership.

By network superiority does he mean a dropped call once a day and unable to use my internet or messages in half the places I go? Let’s not even begin on how our network can’t even support a Blue Jeans conference call without buffering and reconnecting. Lol
We are losing so many customers because our service has taken a nose dive in last 5 years. There…I said it! Fix our network!!!!

Hans mentioned during the UBS event that we changed the leadership but the strategy remains the same. That just shows there’s no plan in place. If the strategy was working so well why didn’t Manon continue to execute it?

As long as the Vz, AT&T and T Mobile are close in network numbers and verizon continues to charge premium we are hosed.......clowns better wake up.

The network is not what it used to, 5G has not delivered as promised and Verizon home internet is a big disappointment and not ready to be rolled out to customers.

FIOS is good, though I've hear Verizon has stopped expanding it.

So what "top quality network product" is he talking about bringing to market? 5G?
