Bioplus layoff on 8/14. Supposed the be 140-150 or so between sales and operations

What you are saying is …. Let’s not improve or evolve or modernize at the risk we have to change our business model.
Here’s some advice, change before you have to so you don’t become obsolete.
@fm It’s amazing to see how gullible people behaved and embraced the whole AI thing. The whole effort is designed to reduce headcount - do more with less using technology - and the fool’s enthusiastically championed it all never once realizing they were sealing their own fate.

BIOPLUS is not laying off they have to get all ducks in a row all bugs worked out to follow carelon offshore.

BioPlus just announced that the customer service and scheduling dept is going from 24/7 to 7am - 10pm eastern time 7 days a week.
Internal list going around for Q4 announcements. NY, CA and GA markets seem to be biggest impacted. Seems with more AI integration we’re looking to get to about 50-55K US based associates over next few qtrs.
We will take the biggest hit in the last quarter. Consumer spending will go down, prices are likely to shoot up in all sectors. The average consumer will directly face the impact of tariffs.
