@jh 3day RTO is the wrong negotiating position. You need to be pushing for full virtual or you will never get a compromise of 2-3 days per week. If you are begging for 3 days per week they know they have you over a barrel and are laughing at you behind closed doors.
Our group did also, and the feedback was so overwhelmingly in favor of a rollback to 3 day RTO they are actually considering it, but I don’t get my hopes up.

My one big idea will be suggesting a team lunch or bringing in bagels one morning. Our CEO hates me and everyone else. His FRiday email said as much. Not going to lift a finger beyond whatever ChatGPT gives me.
