Last year I switched to a new team but my new pay honestly su-ked. I got the lower end of the range and HR was not willing to negotiate.

$120k with bonus. But honestly just so thankful the company didn’t mandate the injection. Couldn’t be happier not having to do that and still remain at one of the best employers out there. See you in the cafe!
I was a level 5 earlier this year. Made 99,000.
I am a L5 senior software engineer and my base is $140k. I am an external hire at this level from 2021.
@at not in tech. I’m at $90,000. I asked for $100,000 and was told no.
