Austin Center shutdown at the end of August

Austin Innovation Center is “closed for network maintenance” from Friday 8/22 to Sunday 8/24 according to the email that was sent.

That's how it works as well when they announced "AC maintenance" and

"repairing the revolving door"

Thank you for the down-vote.
Providing software for "the factories". That's your answer. Okay.
I will assume you are referring to assembly plants. The fact that you don't know what they are speaks to your thought process behind, "Austin is probably the most valuable innovation center."
Everything makes sense now.
Making software for a plant is more innovative than designing an automobile. It's quite the claim and one I find super amusing. Have a great weekend.

PS As AI replaces every software developer in existence in the next year or two, you can reflect on all of the innovation that once took place in Austin.

The innovation centers do software to help run the company and the factories.

They don't design or build the cars.

If you think they should somehow contribute more, then you need to talk to Mary about how she's using them.

Exactly my point. So the question remains unanswered.
What has Austin innovated?
And of these innovations (if any), can anyone contrast them with developing the actual vehicle in Warren? "the most valuable innovation center" - prove it!

I'm expecting to get down-voted and ignored because I seriously don't think anyone can defend this position realistically.

What the he-l is an innovation center anyways? Seriously - what on the window sticker of any GM vehicles does someone who works at an innovation center point at and say, “That’s mine.”

"Austin is probably the most valuable innovation center"

What are some of the innovations that made it to production? Can you name them?

Sounds like they're installing new equipment over the weekend.

I don't see any ulterior motives here.

Austin is probably the most valuable innovation center, more than Michigan or Georgia.
