Looks like none of the good workers want to stick around here anymore. The ones who actually know what they’re doing are bailing as fast as they can, and that says a lot about how things really are on the floor.

You can argue the "when did it get bad". The "bad" happened at various times across various departments. Its like a storm. You might be in an area where you are not affected. But then you might be. Once you are tossed out of this career chopper you finally see how "bad" it is -- how the "storm" is growing into a hurricane.
The only "virtue" of this place is the ability to coast on easy money until you can bail, ideally with no notice.
The ideal of doing productive work for WF has long since sailed.
"it was once tremendous up until 2017"
oh, you mean when executive management was destroying front line workers lives, consumers' credit ratings, opening fake accounts? That tremendous company?
Shame on you.
Its an absolute dumpster fire. There are basically no redeeming qualities about this company anymore and it was once tremendous up until 2017. I'm sure this pathetic leadership knows this truth, they just want to collect their checks. Clients know Wells is terrible and it's honestly embarrassing to work here.
