I wish it won't be like that, but I'm guessing that the main target will be those who really do their job well, while those who keep low profile and are here on autopilot will somehow manage to keep their jobs.

If u are n the 3rd tier for ur job grade and on the high side …. Be prepared
U can ask ur manager which tier are u in for ur current job grade
The main target will be non-manufacturing personnel. Projects and teams that are not revenue supportive or producing will be whacked.
