Co tech will not be going anywhere before they thin the outside workforce. They are critical to new infrastructure.

But, but, there will never be an enhanced offer to leave!! Says the terrified "manager".
Or maybe they will get the same offer that 92 techs in district 6 got 2 months ago. One years pay plus 50k.
Guess that didn't happen either....

yeah no, CO techs are on the forefront of the new technology so a technological surpluss could be beat in court.

4x4 was bargained away long ago for the PremTechs. CO employees will be surplussed for "technological changes" as the contract allows.
