Anyone else realize how bad OBTLs are at their job. They tell their reps to “get it to ats” if you don’t know. They don’t even hold reps accountable for leaving transfer notes, which is company policy. Leads to a very negative client experience and I have to end up paying with my compensation. Same goes for any rep in CS.

I guessed outbound team lead. At this point, anyone promoted during covid is unqualified and bad at their job.
