End of year activities are generally a joke, but this year is one for the record books. The big question is who is getting the differentials? Will those be passed out to someone that is unknowingly on the chopping block, or will upper management correct for that? Is it fair if someone performed above and beyond all year, but bcz their job is going away that person won't get a diff rating?

I think EOY is just a gimme this year. Should be a quick documentation and conversation and auto-3.

I just had mid year review last week of July, then EOY discussion 2nd week of September. Our process is laughable in a regular year, this shortened year process is really a joke.

I don't have insight. But high ratings will be few and far between this go round. Doesn't matter if you went "above and beyond". Everyone meets expectations unless you're worse than that.
