Thread regarding F5 Networks Inc. layoffs

laid off positions being hired immediately in India????

I'm looking at the open job positions on f5's website and the majority of them are dev positions that were laid off, but now are being hired in India. Why are we continuining to outsource to a place that churns out substandard code and business practices??? Does this seem right???

@OP immediate hiring in India happened the same for the April, 2023 10% cut. FLD and many of the senior execs then flew to India a week or so later to do ribbon cutting on the new Center of Excellence. I believe FLD is the only exec from that group that is still with F5. FLD is a great example of a CEO actions way out of line with his words.

@OP A typical corporate approach to cutting costs by moving operations to India. It's everywhere. Good luck dealing with the cultural differences.
As promised by FLD, the "AI" (All India) is REPLACING all US engineers.

Cost cutting like many tech companies. Forget about quality, deal with CVEs later. Profit is king! FFIV goes up so the Cs are multimillionaires x 10

@OP F5 is moving their headquarters to India next year. It only makes logical sense.
