Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

People really need to move on

I understand that people need the security of a job, but people really need to test the water by putting their resumes out there. Everyone I know who left Fiserv wound up getting a better job and making more money. Fiserv is a sinking ship and they DO NOT CARE about employees! I personally know about 20-30 people who were laid off, left or are looking.

Stay strong and get your resume out there. Fiserv is planning another round of layoffs...

Client here. I am slowly making the transition from "Oh no, another good name is gone!" to "Yeah for them, they escaped!" Even though it means hardship for us.

I’m one of them, laid off after 20+ years with Fiserv…..found an amazing company…..that treats their employees like gold. I’m still not fully recovered from the First Data toxicity, but I’m getting closer and closer to realizing what job normalcy really is and should be! Don’t be afraid to look!!!!!

They got unexpectedly RIF-ed and they hate it there. What you are saying is that Fiserv employees have nothing to lose.

And I know some who left and are already looking for another job because they got RIF’ed from the new place or hated it so much they quit. Not always a good move.

Now give me your down votes…

Why is Fiserv so insistent on driving employees away?

Even the "essential workers" who got a 10% bump are still losing to inflation. Every other employee is doing worse. (Except Frank. Frank always wins.)

Why are you so insistent that others should leave...what is your agenda. We don't need your advice.

Did you mean 2120? Because that's more believable than anytime this century!

Fiserv will reach $200 per share by December of 2020! You can set your watch to it.

A sinking ship? More like a rocket ship to a stock of $200. A lean fiserv will thrive in 2023
