Layoff Question

When it comes to being let go they say there is a 60 day working notice. Is the 60 days your severance if you are under 5 years or is it 60 days plus your severance? Just trying to figure this all out.

Why don't you read the Severance Plan document? It's on Teamworks. See page 5.

Getting 60 days pay, and then severance on top of that, and then unemployment on top of that - would be a dream come true. Where do I sign up!

60 or 90 days of “notice” , depending on the state you live in. During that period you are still an employee of the company - but “non working” (ie. you lose all access to systems)

After “notice” the severance starts. Two weeks of severance for every year of service, minimum 8 wks

60 days til Jan 29th (assuming layoff date of 12/01) and then 8 weeks severance if you have 4 years or less with the company.

We don’t do layoff questions on this board. Politics only.

But to answer your question, 60 days plus your severance.
