Our team performed effing miracles this year to achieve our segments objectives, some us were pretty broken physically & emotionally from all the pressure from execs to finish nigh impossible tasks and working absolutely insane hours to do it (about 6 months of this year are an absolute blur for me Wake up, coffee, work work work, microwave something frozen, work work work, sleep a few hours, repeat ad naseum). Manager give rates several of us with Exceeds and is then told in no uncertain terms that they can only have X number and to change the ratings.
This is the 3rd year in a row for this nonsense. With all the reorgs every few minutes, new leadership isnt going to see our performance beyond "Achieved" and thsts negative when there is a 6-8% role elimination on the horizon.
And no, I'm too old at this point to be able to find a new job close to my salary range. Just hoping to last a 2 more years and volunteer to get laid off.
