Don’t be fooled by the Americas GSSO SED, his TSA Opportunity Tagging initiative is just a back door way to bring C2E and Agile TSA to the TSAs. Mark it down, this tagging is just the first step to C2E then eventually Agile TSA for GSSO TSAs.
There is absolutely no reason for tagging. This is significant extra administrative work that takes away from selling. He will not solicit feedback from the field. I am being told he does not solicit feedback from his managers either.
This is all part of the grand scheme of his to do what he said when he came into the role, and that was to implement the TSAs in the Americas to C2E then eventually Agile TSA. Everyone knows he told EK that he would support C2E and Agile TSA and adopt it into GSSO.
So while all this extra effort is being made by him to get to C2E and Agile TSA, the competition continues to outsell us by spending time with customers while we are spending countless hours on administrative tasks.
Look at who he hired as his TSA. He did not really advertise as he already had his mind made up on who he wanted to hire and was not going to give anyone else a real chance. This is another hire to appeal to EK. He did not think any Security focused TSA was good enough.
These examples and others demonstrate a clear message from him on what he thinks of the Security TSAs. Lack of leadership at its finest.
There are more of us TSAs leaving in new year.
