Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Toxic Management and Culture

I'm so surprised that the shareholders haven't pulled their money out yet. If they know about the upcoming lawsuits due to the toxic, discriminatory manner people are treated they would do a major reorganization starting with Sh!%#y W!#%ty.

Management/supervisors have no respect for employees. They treat us like monkey's and dangle banana's (bonus's/raises) in front of us to work ourselves to death(meet their unrealistic metrics). Only the young and naïve fall for it.

file all ya want. If one chooses to live in the US empire, one has very few if any, real employment rights and/or employment agreements. That 's that "freedom" propaganda.

They would rather keep the people who don't meet goals so they don't have to give raises. 1 person been in our area hasn't met numbers ever yet closed his cap bc they feel sorry for him bc been with company so long and want him to apply out. Not fair to others who were put on a cap and termed. No exceptions made for them.
