Way to go Chuckie-This list is same as flushing cash down the toilet
Leaba is a win.
ThousandEyes management is the worst
jasper is a management failure, people play more politics than doing their work, able people left but dishonest people stay and moved up.
Liz Centoni's shopping list has been a huge waste of money.
slido integration into webex is so clunky.
ThousandEyes is an incredible success with solid management team!
Bizarre acquisition and company portfolio strategy.
security acquisitions on balance are pretty solid overall. some things that should have been acquired, but were not.

Meraki was acquired in 2012 before CR became King
Todd (Meraki CEO) quit Cisco because he couldn't stand dealing with d-mb fakes on ELT
“ meraki, opendns, duo --> not failures.”
Lolololol if you don’t call those failures I hate to see what you do consider a failure
Failures? I don’t think so. Plenty of good ones.
IMI mobile cPaaS solutions is not a flop. It is a key growth area.
meraki, opendns, duo --> not failures.
Is meraki a failure? I see everything is about meraki nowadays. catalyst switching BU is investing in collaborating with meraki. Lots of reqs open as well.
Can you be specific on what makes you think they’re all failures?
Let's not forget that Chuck's personal earnings have been $500M since becoming CEO with plenty more stock left to cash out without growing revenues while 30,000 employees have been LR'd under his watch
Something is terribly wrong when Cisco spends $100B on these acquisitions since CR arrived and revenues have not grown
Yes and no. I've been with the company for a LONG time, and I've seen many of these acquisitions flop. (Flip, HAH!) But some of the acquisitions on this list are definitely not failures. I work with several- a few have been key in helping us remain competitive and keep numbers up during Covid. (I don't say this to try and make anyone look good or bad. Just my 2 cents from being in the midst.)
Now do Chambers. Meraki was a huge failure. Just about everything was other than Catalyst/Kalpana and the ilk.
