Thread regarding Continental Resources Inc. layoffs

When I left CHK and came here, I didn’t expect this to happen until Doug came over as COO. Doug’s actually a really great guy. He is well spoken and his actions has the right intention. He is not perfect by any means. He tends to surround himself with people he trusts, and people tend to take advantage of that. You got people like Jim the spider who is as unethical as they come and refuses to hold himself accountable for his actions that will leech on Doug. Doug does want to help his buddies at Anadarko and will attempt to promote some of them good ole boys into SVP/COO type roles. I can almost predict the full playbook and exactly which ones that his team will recruit from CHK. I hope they don’t bring that toxic culture here that I left a few years back.
