Who’s coming with me?

Unless you get your tenure back, why would anyone want to go back to a company that sold them off giving them no choice (other than to quit obviously) …
Theres much better opportunity and employers out there.
There is no limit to how soon you can re-apply at Cigna. They aren't allowed to reach out to you in an attempt to recruit/solicit you for 12 months but you can apply any time. Several people have left HCSC and returned to Cigna.
You can apply now. You just can’t be solicited by Cigna
Have you all seen Cigna's stock lately? Why do you think returning to Cigna is an option?
@cz It's very unlikely that any non-poach clause applies to an employee who has been terminated by the acquirer. Even if the contract claims otherwise, it is probably not enforceable. Although that doesn't mean Cigna would want to risk legal action by hiring back someone who was laid off by HCSC. My guess is Cigna would be happy to hire a truly high performer back, but who knows.
@ce yes, i believe 12 months
I’ve heard it’s either a year or 18 months after the acquisition close date. Not sure if this is accurate.
I've heard some people have already been hired back to cigna
Depends. What kind of work do you do?
I’m HCSC, can I come too? Any words of advice in applying?
