"I know fear keeps a lot of underpaid and talented at GF" LMAO. You win the internet today for the stup1de$t thing ever posted. You know nothing & are top of the list for sure. Bye bye, please help yourself to a tissue on you're way out. Cry more lo5er. :_(
GF lost the majority of talent about 3-5 years ago. Let’s not kid ourselves that this latest crop of engineers and managers are talented. We are well beyond the talented stage. The recent movement of people has been the “keep GF afloat” people. GF has a severe talent issue, evidenced by the DOM, and the trajectory of talent still continues to go down.

I have gotten much support and comfort from these forums. Thank you all and godspeed.
Impostor syndrome is real. Do yourselves a favor, just apply elsewhere and see what you get in return. You're not obligated to interview if you talk to a recruiter and you're not obligated to take a job if you're given an offer after an interview. Both steps will give you an idea of how much other companies might value you. Good luck everyone. Try to enjoy your weekend.
