Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

MN Email

MN is such a great guy who cares so much about us all! His genuine concern for us all is absolutely heartwarming. I just want to say to MN that we all care for him as much as he cares for us and we want to send the same message to him that he send to us every day:

The number of reactions on this post is hilarious! I guess we know what MN and his admin/advisors spend their days doing!

I wonder what a bot makes pushing the down vote button? Asking for a friend that got laid off from a rendering factory.

As far as I am concerned, they are ALL cut from the same cloth and they know they must support the other's incompetence, in order to keep their own incompetence safe from critique.

Pump and dump. Folk there is no long term plan. No need to retain employees.

Another gaslighting β€œwork harder” message? I'll pass on reading it.

Company has no credibility with the Street and it shows. Moving the deck chairs on the Titanic with senior leaders and mass layoffs are futile gestures. Results are a stock price that is already baked in no matter what MW or MN do. Even Kramer knows the endgame.

Peak oil has come to Chevron due to incompetence, hubris, and inability to execute.

lol yep. More talk of β€˜accountability’ and β€˜decision authority’.. when the execs take zero accountability, and pass the blame to all employees when there are safety incidents.. all while taking their inflated compensation.

@OP LOL. This last 12 months should leave zero doubt about how the leadership feels about their employees.
